Electrical Installations

The building is powered by two independent sources from the power grid. Additionally, a UPS and a diesel generator are provided, reserving 60% of the building's design capacity. For each workplace, 1 contact outlet of the III category and 1 contact outlet of the I category, as well as 1 RJ-45 socket, are required.

Lighting

Artificial lighting is designed in observation of modern European standards for room lighting. Lighting sources are installed on dropped ceilings and are designed in accordance with architectural solutions and standards for artificial lighting.
A complete emergency evacuation lighting system is designed; it shall turn on in case of emergency.
The building have the following lighting installations: emergency, task, general, façade and exterior parking lighting.
