The building is designed with the option for addressable fire alarm system. The fire alarm periphery is configured with addressable optical smoke, combined, manual button fire alarms as well as the necessary addressable devices for signalization in case of fire, blockage and management of external electrical devices.
The distribution is in accordance with use, location and architectural characteristics of every place in the building. There are also automatic detectors installed over dropped ceilings and in double floors.

Manual controls are installed along evacuation routes in the building, in observation of the requirements of the respective standards and regulations.

Alarm elements ensuring sound and light signalization in case of fire are provided for every area.

Addressable exit and entrance modules are provided for management, blockage and observation of the condition of devices and systems that have to be turned on or off in case of fire.
